Lecture Summary:
What can you do with a patient with a murmur? How on earth do you manage the emergency heart failure case? This course is aimed at the general practitioner with an emphasis on what to do if referral is not an option.
We’ll focus on the tools and tests available in practice to get the best for your patients, including thoracic radiographs, basic ultrasonography, biomarkers and more.
Delegates will learn how best to manage their patients medically and when to reach for the phone for specialist help. There’ll be lots of real life case examples but feel free to come armed with questions about your own case challenges.
